My work

I am a healer, mediator, and guide working at the intersection of ethical AI, conflict resolution, and collective healing.

My work translates a lifetime of initiations—surviving unconscious systems, witnessing hidden power, and choosing love again and again—into practical frameworks that help humans and technologies relate more wisely. I draw from Hermetic principles, Taoism, trauma‑informed practice, and systems thinking to support people and institutions who are holding a lot of power: AI builders, families, faith communities, nonprofits, and mission‑driven companies.

I use the Middle Path framework to:

  • Support ethical AI and technology teams to build systems that are safer, more humane, and aligned with their deepest values—not just their metrics.

  • Offer mediation and facilitation for families and communities navigating conflict, grief, or transition, creating spaces where everyone can be heard without anyone being made wrong.

  • Work with churches, spiritual communities, and nonprofits to examine their own “systems,” surface shadow, and design healthier patterns of power, care, and accountability.

Whether I’m sitting with an engineer, a pastor, a founder, or a parent, my role is the same: to hold the mirror gently, to keep the center of oneness in view, and to make the next ethical step feel both possible and concrete.
